Spring Soccer starts Apr. 21 & is open to BOYS!

HOT SHOTS NOW FOR GIRLS AND BOYS! For the first time in almost 30 years, we are welcoming boys ages 2-6 to join us.

Back in 1996 when Hot Shots started, we were a program for grade school, middle school, and high school soccer players, and it made sense to separate boys and girls. Now we only serve kids ages 2-6, when the physical differences are not consequential. Also, at this stage, both boys and girls need to build up their self-esteem.

So, now both boys and girls and their parents can enjoy the crazy fun games we use to teach soccer (e.g., Squirt-Gun Dribbling!), and to build the kids self-confidence, parental bonds (with 100% parent participation, you’ll do everything your child does), love of reading (a weekly story time and 5 books to take home every week), and public speaking (they use a mic to introduce themselves every Sunday).

The spring season begins Sunday, April 21, and runs for nine Sundays at 9, 10, and 11 AM at the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield at 37 Proprietor’s Drive in Marshfield and is open to all South Shore children ages 2-6. The fee is $175 and scholarships are available.
