The nonprofit Hot Shots Soccer for Girls is unlike any youth sports program anyone has ever seen. Nowhere does a youth soccer program include a weekly story time, 100% parental participation, a commitment to building self-confidence, skills taught with kid-friendly games using tools like puppets and tutus, a youth art gallery, four books to take home each week, and more.
So why should parents (or aunts, uncles, or grandparents) sign their girl up for Hot Shots?
- It is crazy fun
- Increased self-confidence
- Parental bonding
- Weekly story times
- Four books to take home each week
- Vastly improved soccer skills
- Public speaking opportunities
- Her soccer art in the Hot Shots Art Gallery
- Increased comfort in social situations
- Increased independence
- More willing to try new things
- Memory-making moments with your girl
