Do you want your daughter, niece or granddaughter to miss a chance to be in a soccer program where she gets to be an artist, too?
On the fourth Sunday of every Hot Shots season, each girl presents her artistic interpretation of soccer. There are unicorns shooting goals, rainbows over soccer fields, fields of flowers, the earth ringed with happy soccer players, and the Picasso approach where any interpretation is possible (mostly by the two-year-old artists!).
The artwork is displayed in our Hot Shots Art Gallery in the gym. Girls vote on their favorite and 4-6 are reprinted on T-shirts the girls get at graduation.
The Art Gallery is one thing that makes Hot Shots stand out from other youth sports programs. We also start every session with a story time. We send every girl home every week with four new books. Every girl gets to speak in front of all the grown-ups and kids. And we require 100% parent (aunt/uncle/grandparent) participation in our imaginative games (they dress in tutus, become matadors, engage in pillow fights, etc.), with each silly game emphasizing a soccer skill.
Don’t be the parent who hears about this great program from one of your daughter’s friends! Not sure? TRY US FOR FREE. On the registration page, choose the “FREE” ticket. We operate out of the Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield.
